After resurrecting the half-rotten zombie of the first Resident Evil, GOG.com is keeping its promise to bring the other two chapters of Capcom’s “classic” survival horror saga back to the screen. Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 are now available for purchase again, DRM-free, thanks to CD Projekt‘s digital store, offering the same enhanced compatibility with modern Windows systems as RE1. If they feel like it, true fans of the genre can even save a few euros by purchasing the bundle including all three games in the series.

The original edition of Resident Evil is back on sale on GOG.com

Almost 30 years after its official release on PlayStation and PC, Resident Evil (RE) now joins the large lineup of video game classics available on GOG.com. The digital store for PC games freed from DRM shackles has announced the re-release of the first Resident Evil, while also confirming that both Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 will soon arrive on the service as well. GOG worked together with Capcom to modernize RE and make it compatible with modern computing platforms, an impressive feat considering that the first three Resident Evil are notoriously among the most complicated games to run on today’s PCs without using emulators or virtual machines.

Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection coming to PC and consoles

A few months after the release on Nintendo Switch, Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection is about to arrive on PC and other eighth generation consoles. Fans will therefore have the opportunity to enjoy the return of Knight Arthur, Princess Prin Prin and all the ugly folks of the Demon Realm on other platform too besides Nintendo’s hybrid console. Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection, a lone adventure or maybe not

As already planned, just two months after its first introduction, on the past February 25th Capcom relesed Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection for Switch. The game marking the return of the valiant knight in his underwear has a $30 price tag, is currently available in digital format only and exclusively for the Nintendo console. The Japanese developers manifest goal is to introduce the classic saga of Sir Arthur to a modern audience, offering several aids for the less capable knights while preserving the difficulty and the features of the classic arcade experience.
