And for all the rest, too Silvio Berlusconi is a bit like an iron pole stuck up in your ass (just to be chic), you find him everywhere you go as an everlasting memento for the obscenities of a rather uncivilized country like Italy is now. There is no escape even in the imaginary city of Malton, the main setting of the zombie-themed MMORPG Urban Dead. Zroll, the zombie with which I stagger on the streets of the ruined city for some months now, eating the occasional human beings I encounter, discovered this Berlusconi’s bizzarre omnipresence some days ago while he was wandering aimlessly in the Randallbank suburb.

KarmaKula chapter 3: “Harvesting the Ohas”

News - A succession of fresh, quality news, from inside and outside of the WebKarmaKula, the new episodic series from the Ninjai Gang expressly developed for the web goes on as scheduled. On the last Friday the Gang has released the third chapter, Harvesting the Ohas, with which the series has shown yet another trait after the splatter ninjitsu of The Ninjas and the spaghetti western The Frog in the Well. The new episode features horror elements and Eastern mysticism, acting more like an introduction for the events to come than like a self-finishing tale as the two previous chapters.

Dario Argento involved in videogames?

News - A succession of fresh, quality news, from inside and outside of the Web No, not yet, but a brief collaboration with the videogames multinational Electronic Arts shows the keen interest of the auteur for the interactive entertainment and its expressive imagery. Dario Argento, one of the true masters of Italian and international motion pictures will give his voice to a characters of the localized edition of Dead Space, the survival horror game with which EA prepares to challenge Capcom and Resident Evil within the next October.

And for all the rest, too ComiCon International 2008, an event full of comics, animations and videogames that took place during the last week-end in San Diego, reserved a couple of stunning surprises for those inflexible with quality popular movies, a type of entertainment that counts, beside pop-corn, also on directors, actors and ideas above the usual mud supplied by the majors which then complain about of being (rightly) on the edge of bankruptcy.
